Ares.ro garantees to all users a limited access, in personal interest, on this website, and it doesn't allow the right to download or modify, partially or entirely, the site, to partially or entirely reproduce it, to copy, sell or re-sell, or to exploit the site in any other manner, for commercial purposes or contrary to the Ardes.ro interests, without its written agreement.

On the www.ardes.ro website, the user is responsible for the athenticity of the data entered while registering, and for any activities that occur by accessing one's account, with the use of the personal password. Ardes.ro can't be made responsible for the errors occured following the user's carelessness regarding the security and confidentiality of their account and password.

However, the personal data can be transmitted to the rightful authorities to check the commercial deals or make any other legal investigations, if this will be requested according to the law.

Responsibilities regarding the products

Ardes.ro doesn't assume responsibility and can't be made responsible

can't be considered responsible either, in case that the acquired
products don't fit the purpose for which they were bought. The products
(when case be) are accompanied by guarantee certificates from the
producers. Ardes.ro can't be made responsible in case of any
discrepancies or lacks regarding the products, these ones' quality or
any other aspects regarding these products. Any complain will be
submitted to Ardes.ro in maximum 24 hourse since the products'
receptioning, following that this will be passed on to the respective
products' provider, to be solutioned.

Ardes.ro won't be made responsible and it doesn't either guarantee, explicitely or implicitely, in any way, about the website's functioning, and the materials or the products featured on the site.

Appliable right. Litigations
By using the site (visiting it, or buying the products), the user declares that they agree with the fact that the Romanian laws will rule over the usage Conditions and Terms above stated, and any dispute, of any kind, that might occur between the user and Ardes.ro, and its associates/partners/affiliates. In case of possible conflicts between Ardes.ro and its clients, one will first try their solving by amiable ways. If the amiable solving isn't possible, the conflict will be solved in court, according with the Romanian laws.
Responsibility declining
The site's content (texts, products' descriptions, technical characteristcs, images, symbols) was prepared in cooperation with the representants in Romania of the brands featuring on the website, so that Ardes.ro doesn't assume any responsibility for the products' descriptions present on the site for marketing purposes, these corresponding with the ones put ar Ardes.ro's disposal by the representant of each such brand separately. Also, the images visible on the site play just an informative role, being possible that the delivered products themselves be different as color, aspect, and so on. Ardes.ro doesn't guarantee either any availablity in the stock of the featured products. The maximum value of any Ardes.ro obligations towards a client, in case of non-delivery or insatisfactory delivery of the acquired products, is equal to the value of the amounts collected by Ardes.ro from the respective client. In case that the prices or other details regarding the products were wrongly posted, including because of having been wrongly entered into the databasis, Ardes.ro reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and to annonce the client as soon as possible about the occured error, if the delivery wasn't yet done.
Prices policy
The prices of the products are those posted for each product separately. Ardes.ro can deploy any promotional campaign regarding the products featured on the site, promotions whose conditions will be entirely decided by Ardes.ro.
Final dispositions
If any of the above clauses is found nil or non-valid, no matter for what reason, that clause won't affect the validity of the other clauses. Once the order is placed and the acquisition done, the client accept without any objections te conditions and the using terms, their value being the same with a valid signed contract.
